New Export Options: SCSS & JSON

We're excited to announce that Figma CSS Variables now supports exporting your variables in SCSS and JSON formats, in addition to CSS.

What's new

• SCSS export: easily generate SCSS variable files for use in your projects
• JSON export: directly export variable collections as JSON, reflecting what the Figma API returns. This allows access to variable data even if your Figma plan doesn't include full API access
• Language selection dropdown:
  • Located in the Export and Deploy tabs
  • Default is CSS, but you can switch to SCSS or JSON as needed
