When using Focus "Sleep" to trigger devices, when going to bed or awake.

When using Focus "dnd" to stop playing musik on soundbar or similar reactions, muting TV and so on...

There is potentially a hacky way around this. Apps can support Focus Filters, which enables them to be selected in the focus settings and then the app is notified when the focus turns on or off (notably, including whatever data the user adds to the filter, which for this purpose might be a "what string do you want to be passed to HA" field—and then this can be exposed in an HA sensor). Some more info is here.

Basically, if the iOS HA app can be enhanced to support user-configured Focus Filters, then HA being notified with specific information per focus becomes a possibility.

I've gone ahead and submitted this as a separate feature request in #2780 as I suspect it's technically different enough for reconsideration.
