allow badges in view section too

Describe the enhancement

be able to use the new badges not only in the badges section, but throughout the view, particularly in stack cards, with only stock cards

Use cases

badges are super useful and can improve usability of the view, would be great if we didnt have to scroll all the way to the top, but can show them anywhere

and even use the hui-state-badge-element (as per suggestion when the new style badges were introduced)

as you can see we can use the current badges as custom elements in a stack.
however, there is a disadvantage, because this happens when only 1 or 2 are used

getting the badges in stack cards as stock functionality could fix that, and make the badges behave like they do in the badges section.

otherwise we still need card_mod to do this
