Describe the integration you'd like

I'd like to see a way so then certain users can intergrade their accounts and not have it accessible to others. For example, if 1 user pays for Spotify, they can connect it only to their account. That way, others who do not pay for it can't use it without permission

What are your use cases for this integration?

I'd use it to hook up my Spotify and my other family member's Spotify's seperatly

Is there a public API or documentation?

There are Spotify Api's, Apple Music Api's, but I think you have to have premium accounts

In general, Home Assistant does not have any access control, so this is a much broader problem. See: https://github.com/orgs/home-assistant/discussions/22

I think there is very little access control, as the standard users that don't have permission to create devices don't see the option to create one, but the admins do
