Describe the feature

Currently, the Home Assistant Android app allows interaction with Assist even when the device is locked. While this can be convenient, it also poses a privacy and security risk especially if the device is lost, stolen, or accessed by unauthorized individuals.

Use cases

1. Privacy: Prevent accidental or malicious use of Assist when the phone is locked.
2. Security: Avoid unintended actions (e.g., unlocking doors, turning off alarms, opening covers) via voice commands.
3. Customization: Allow users to choose between convenience and security based on their needs.

Examples

Google Assistant provides a setting to disable Assistant responses on the lock screen:

• Open Google Assistant settings.
• Navigate to Lock screen.
• Toggle "Assistant responses on lock screen" to disable it.
