make devices 'not ready' clickable to identify them easily

finding 2 devices that are not ready like this

in the Z-Wave dashboard. however, I can only find one, and can only find that by clicking each and every device individually.

it would be so much easier if we could click those 2 mentioned devices directly, and check them out

yes, since you ask:
please make the state (being ready or not) templatable, so we can use eg device_attr and show them in a table overview.
