[macOS] Widget support for input-select entities

Describe the feature

I'd like widgets on macOS to support display of the values of input-select entities, similar to how widgets can display a sensor value.

Use cases

I have some input-select helper entities used to display the status of certain things around my home (such as an empty / contains mail value for my mailbox). I would like to see the values of these entities on my Mac desktop via the native macOS widgets.
