Adding more Holidays in German Holiday Integration

Describe the enhancement

I noticed that quite some Holidays and Memorial Days are missing in the Integration on the German side. I know that many of these are not an "off" day but they are still displayed in our calendars and some count as 0.5 day off.
So far I have seen that all 4 Advent Sundays are missing, 12/06 St. Nicholas Day, 12/24 Christmas Eve, 12/31 New Years Eve, 01/06 Holy Three Kings and some other days that either count as memorial days or something else.

Use cases

For the Christmas season, it would greatly help to have everything from the 1st Advent, to automate lights, decorations and more. Especially since its custom to keep it at least from 1st Advent till 01/06 Holy Three Kings. Also for some specials during Christmas Eve for the presents. Same with New Years Eve for effects.

If we then go deeper into the year we also have certain days that are related to german carnival which is especially a cornerstone in the south west of the country.

the holiday integration is based on the holiday python library which provides all the shown holidays. By default the integration shows the PUBLIC category of the selected country. You can enable further available categories in the integration options. In any case something is missing, the library needs to be extended.

It does not change the fact that the mentioned days are still missing.
Either we get a true holiday calendar which features all days, even the ones that are not free. Just like your basic calendar that you get with marked days. Advent, St. Nicolas, Christmas Eve, New Years Eve and Holy Three Kings are everywhere in germany, even if you don't get them as on "off" day.
