Describe the enhancement

MPD integration is currently quite limited:

• Can't browse media
• Can't see or interact with queue (reorder tracks, remove, scramble)
• No partition support
• Can't append or insert, only replace

I'm working on implementing this functionality and plan to contribute PRs.

Use cases

My goal is to enable the most common tasks through the HA interface, without an external client.
