Search options for radio station under Radio browser

I and my wife use Internet radio a lot through home assistant and every time we have to manually scroll down in a huge list of Radio stations to listen to a perticular radio station and there are no search options available. Good thing is that initially it shows the country flags at least. Added search on radio station name would save a lot of time for many HA based internet radio listeners.
