I find the "era" system to be a bit confusing at some points. Here's an example :

Getting the data from "Cine+ Premier" will provide the direct analogy with OCS. But when we click at OCS :

It pops the "OCS Pulp" channel. It's "surprising" to say the least.

Same thing for "OCS Pulp".

Having channels pop and appear without further warning could confuse people in my opinion. I do not know what you think, but I know that's probably one of the most complex cases of channel fusions we might see.

Popping @StrangeDrVN because I know that user talked about that specific spot here, having a bit of a general idea.

I know from a channel POV that this information is accurate, but maybe popping all channels up in rows like you did with a disclaimer stating "This channel has no relevancy with the latter, but is part of the channel's current state" could be interesting

French telco Orange is launching a new OCS channel, OCS Pulp, on January 12th 2023 – replacing existing channels OCS City and OCS Choc.

Ciné+ OCS (or simply OCS used in idents and continuities)
On 3rd July 2024, Ciné+ Premier was merged with OCS Max to new channel Ciné+ OCS.

The current four Insight TV channels: Insight TV UHD, Insight TV HD, Insight TV (Digital/FAST), and Insight TV (SVOD) platform, will now be renamed and rebranded into INULTRA, INPLUS, INFAST, and IN.TV respectively. Insight TV will now only be used as the company name.

I considered this display option. However, since there are no limits on the number of "ancestors" and "children" in the channels, this option no longer seems very practical to me, especially on devices with small screens.

There needs to be arrows or some kind of indicator to show that there are channels to the left/right. Eg in the below screenshots from mobile device
