Japan channel blocked

I can't watch the Japanese channel at all. I think Japan blocked the overseas ip. Please solve it.

I noticed all Japanese channels suddenly stopped working a few days ago.
The master playlist resolves but every inner redirect is hit with a 403. The redirect is served with an empty sign and ts=0, not sure if that's related. I also tested this behind a Japanese VPN with the same result, so I don't think it's geo-blocked.
