Jellyfin Users select items by Tag

Hi everyone

Sorting out my library for my family would really be much easier if I had a select by tag and not block by tag option. I am a seasoned Developer but I haven't touched C for over 20 years... I hope I am not too overconfident but I think that should be something I can add to the project.
Looking into the repository I did have some trouble with the code structure. Could someone point me in the right direction for where I can find the code for the User Parental controls - specifically the block by tag option functionality? Thanks!
