Create a koka learning track at exercism.org

I recently discussed the possibility of creating a learning track for the Koka programming language on Exercism via Discord. I'm interested in building and launching the Koka track and would like to share my thoughts.

1. First Exercise Draft:

   • To initiate, I've started drafting the first exercise that the exercism team need. I'm using kunit to see how it plays out.

2. Test Runner:

   • Once we have a JSON parser in place, implementing the test runner shouldn't be too difficult.

3. Syntax highlighting

   • koka doesn't seems to have support at either codemirror nor highlightjs.
   • While not essential for the initial launch, having syntax highlighting would be beneficial.
   • I wonder if we could adapt the approach used in the Koka book.

4. Maintainers

   • Right now i’m preparing the launch of the J track (estimated to take two more months), but i’m committed to contributing to the Koka track as well.
