Describe the feature or potential improvement
Provide the ability to exempt specific email addresses from domain-wide Single Sign-On (SSO) enforcement, allowing them to authenticate via alternative methods (e.g., username and password).
Use Case:
Many organizations require enterprise software subscriptions and organization ownership to be tied to non-personal, functional accounts (e.g., security@, billing@, or admin@) to comply with internal IT governance and procurement policies. When domain-level SSO is strictly enforced, these functional accounts are often locked out of the system because they cannot authenticate through the standard SSO identity provider.
Proposed Solution:
Implement an SSO bypass or exception configuration that allows admins to whitelist specific, critical service accounts so they can successfully authenticate and manage subscriptions alongside the active SSO configuration.
