Linux MInt Age verification

Has a decision already been made regarding whether age verification will be introduced in Linux Mint in the future?

1. What systemd is adding is not age verification and it is not age declaration either. It is an optional field in the accounts so that those distributions who want age declaration will not develop tens of ways to do it.
2. Unless Mint explicitly adds a software to implement it (because it's not implemented in systemd), it will not be used.
3. Even if it appears, you can always set 18. Its only purpose is to limit non-root users.

Regardless of what Systemd has done, I would also like to see an exact answer from the team.
I don't want this piece of code in my system.
To me, any other option would set a bad precedent.
