[Feature Request] Select a keyboard layout while on the login screen: Sort list alphabetically in ascending order or add a search filter

When you try to change the keyboard layout during login, a list appears that isn't sorted logically, making it difficult to find the language you want. I would really like to see the entries sorted alphabetically, and perhaps have a search filter to help find the desired entry more quickly.
