[Feature Request] Add support for animated AVIF files in Xviewer

Version 3.4.16 of xviewer does not support playback of animated AVIF files. I would like to see this feature added in the future. As an example, I have attached an animated AVIF file here. A modern version of Firefox can play this without any issues. If you save the file to your desktop and try to play it with Xviewer, you will see that the animation does not work and only a still image is displayed.

Edit: Not even GitHub supports the AVIF format. I'll have to figure out another way to make the image available here...

Apparently, there are no image hosting sites that support this format. I've now packed it onto a filehoster and am providing the link here. You can open it once in your browser and once in Xviewer to compare them.
