Option to set minimum window dimensions

I'd really like an option to be added for users to configure (or at least enable) minimum window dimensions. Currently, user has a freedom to set any size they like, but that may lead to windows being too small to navigate with cursor to stretch back.

note that this isn't the minimum dimension, minimum is navbar height by 1px

I'd suggest that there would be maybe 100x100px minimum size or something like that, so there will always be navigation buttons accessible, and I don't see any disadvantages other than some very edge cases of someone using that tiny window sizes for whatever reason.

You can use ALT+Left Mouse to move and ALT+Right Mouse to resize.
