How to ask for help: issue and discussion checklist

Use Discussions when you are still exploring a question, asking for guidance, or checking whether something is expected.

Use Issues when the request is actionable and trackable.

A good support request includes:

• Which repository is involved?
• Which version, branch, or commit are you using?
• What are your Go, Node, pnpm, database, and Redis versions?
• What command did you run?
• What did you expect to happen?
• What actually happened?
• Can you share logs, screenshots, or a minimal reproduction?

Please do not post secrets, tokens, database passwords, private keys, or production credentials.

Security reports should follow the repository security policy instead of being posted publicly.
