我是群主，此前将该成员使用回复消息/spam封禁并举报。但是似乎影响了他在其他有nmbot的群内的正常发消息功能，找我解决。我从官方tg群管理设置中，手动从封禁列表里解除了他。现在他是否应恢复正常？或者我还需要别的操作？
