Should I / can I copy settings between OpenThread Border Router instances?

I have two independent OpenThread Border Router instances in two separate homes, as part of HomeAssistant instances.

Using Android, I have been able to register devices in one of the instances, but not the other.

I have read that there is an issue in the Android implementation that it can only hold the security credentials for one thread network - at least, that's what I understood from what I read.

Is that right?

And therefore should I / can I copy the thread network name & security credentials etc from one instance to the other?

Are they connected to different Wi-Fi networks? Do they form different Thread networks?

What do you mean by "register deivces"? Do you mean adding new Matter-over-Thread accessories using the HomeAssistant Android app? Can you share a screen recording for the error you met?
