Product registration form returns 500 error on submit (license.pimcore.com)

The product registration form at license.pimcore.com/register loads correctly but returns a 500 Internal Server Error when submitting the form.

Steps to reproduce

1. Run vendor/bin/pimcore-install — generates deeplink to https://license.pimcore.com/register?instance_identifier=...&instance_hash=...
2. Open the link — form loads fine
3. Fill in all required fields (name, email, company, select Community edition, accept license)
4. Click "Submit Product Registration"
5. 500 Internal Server Error

Environment

• Pimcore v12.3.3 (Platform Version 2025.4)
• PHP 8.4.18
• Fresh pimcore/skeleton install via composer create-project
• Docker: pimcore/pimcore:php8.4-debug-latest

This was previously reported in #18687 (resolved Sep 2025). The issue appears to have resurfaced.
