Portainer not starting correctly. Endless restart and fail loop.

Here are the log entries that are repeating:

Hi,
I faced the same issue while using portainer from https://github.com/alexbelgium/hassio-addons/tree/master/portainer whith HomeAssistant on a Raspberry Pi 4. I just forgot to uncheck the "Protected Mode / disable filesystem acces". It's now working for me.
