"Always pull the image" off by default setting

I'd love a way to have the Add Container screen have "Always pull the image" off by default instead of on by default. It's caused some rather annoying issues with containers tagged :latest.

I'd like the Settings > General > Application settings to have a switch for the default state of that button.

Describe alternatives you've considered

None aside from manually remembing.

Additional context

I'm sure this can be chalked up to user error- I could always hard define the versions of the containers or just remember to turn it off every time but I'd rather it just not be an issue from the get-go.
