[English] I need a little help with my schemes

Hello, I tried emailing @lotem but it may have bounced off the great firewall or something, so I'm gonna try here. I'm a Rime user and I don't speak Chinese (I know the basics and SOME characters' meaning and/or pronunciation in languages using them). I have created some rather basic input methods, with which I would need help, and most of the technical one is available only in Chinese AFAIK. An official (or just good) guide for all this stuff for Chinese non-speakers would go a long way, just saying, not tryna guilt trip anyone into making it or something.

1. An pan-Ethiopic (Ge'ez) input method. If you don't know anything about the script, there's Wikipedia. It uses its own punctuation, neither CJK fullwidth nor ASCII, and Rime appears, at least on the surface level, limited to those 2 sets. My question is, how do I make pressing Western counterparts of Ethiopic punctuation on the keyboard enter the latter, for example entering ፣ by pressing (,), or ። by pressing (.)? Is it even possible? Would it be the commit function or something else? As a bonus question, the numerals are a bit tricky as well: there is no 0, there are separate symbols for 10 and every multiple of it up to 90, and 2 more for 100 and 10 000. Would it be possible to configure the number keys to enter those symbols instead of selecting candidates? I have everything needed under an alphabetic code (Well, 10 characters are grouped under (_)), I'm just wondering if an approach used by Ethiopic IMEs made specifically for the script would be possible with Rime.
2. As a side project, I'm trying to write my native Polish with a Japanese-inspired writing system (漢字 aided with a phonetic script. Yes, I'm that much of a nerd:). So far I have 479 individual characters plus a number of phrases with a fixed nonstandard spelling in my input scheme for this mess, which allows me to write quite a bit, but it's far from complete. I would like to have 2 reverse lookup options in the schema, Terra Pinyin and Stroke for entering characters with yet undefined input codes without having to switch schemes. Only, I don't know how to make it work. I have seen examples of schemes with multiple RLs, like gkovacs's Japanese one. Tried to imitate what they did, didn't work. Tried copypasting just Terra Pinyin's Stroke RL sections for starters, it also failed. Also, do I have to place long chains of xlit/xform/whatever to have pinyin with tones displayed when using TPY RL?
   In case it matters, I use Weasel, IBus-Rime and fcitx5 rime on Android. Thanks in advance for any help, and please bear in mind I'm no programmer, I'm just not afraid (that much) to mess with config text files.

For scripts with a small alphabet, you either have

• 1:1 key to character mapping via punctuator, or
• a small table_translator with auto-commit behaviour to compose a character with several keys.

Also, I recommend starting with minimal configuration;

@lotem I will try to make the Ge'ez input scheme shorter, mostly taking inspiration from the Devanagari scheme from your link. In the meantime though, my most burning problem is the reverse lookup. In case it's relevant: in the polxinznak scheme, hanzi's input codes are a reduced, semi-phonetic form of the morpheme they represent, for example 共 is spol based on the form of this root in "pospolity" (common, not rare), even though it can be also read as spół in "spółka" (company, association), spól in "wspólny" (common, shared) and more. I just enter one character at a time, if entering multiple codes without confirming in a row results in a character mismatch. Phonetic script (Hiragana as an alphabet, assigned in a way that would take too long to explain here) is assigned 1 to 1 to basic Latin, with letter case being important. So could you say what is wrong/redundant in the attached polxinznak scheme, if something is (it probably is), and how do I do the 2 reverse lookups properly? Also, what is the problem with import_preset: default, and in which scheme and/or section?
