Project stuck in "Pausing" for 2+ hours + connection timeout + egress still active

My Supabase project has been stuck in "Pausing" for more than 2 hours.

I cannot:

• Access SQL editor (timeout)
• Open settings (cannot restart project)
• Use API (all requests fail)

Error:
"Connection terminated due to connection timeout"

Observation:
Egress is still increasing, which suggests something is still running while the database is unreachable.

Already contacted support twice but no response.

Is there any way to force restart or recover the instance?
