Sonatype Central Migration, other namespaces

The migration of org.typelevel namespace publishing is being tracked in this issue
But we depend on projects across many namespaces and for a secure ecosystem, we need everyone to be publishable.

These are the namespaces I've remembered or encountered (with a ✅ for those that are migrated, a ⚙️ for those in progress, and an ❌ for those that haven't started migration as far as I'm aware):

Based on this issue it looks like org.scalameta was migrated last week!

Another pair of dependencies I just remembered are fs2-kafka and vulcan, under com.github.fd4s. @vlovgr do you know if the migration to Sonatype Central has been done, or is planned, for the fd4s namespace?

I've already migrated both ciris (is.cir), and fs2-kafka and vulcan (com.github.fd4s) to Sonatype Central.
