Zentinel installation configuration

I think the installation script

curl -fsSL https://get.zentinelproxy.io | sh

should also create a systemd service, enable it, and start it.
Additionally, a startup configuration file should also be created in /etc/zentinel/zentinel.kdl, e.g., with a simple HTTP response on port 80.

Something like many web servers, such as Nginx or Caddy.
The goal is to help get started with Zentinel more quickly and easier

Thanks for the suggestion. Tracked in #223.

Going with this shape:

• Install drops the systemd unit, sysusers snippet, and starter config at /etc/zentinel/zentinel.kdl.
• Service enable and start are opt-in via --enable-service (or interactive prompt when stdin is a tty). Default install does not claim ports or start daemons. Closer to apt install semantics than to autonomous curl | bash magic, in line with the manifesto principle of "no surprises".
• Default listener stays on 8080 to avoid conflicts with existing port-80 servers. The unit grants CAP_NET_BIND_SERVICE, so switching to 0.0.0.0:80 in the config works without root or further setup.
