Can applications have separate icons for menu and window header?

In the default OS.js theme, the menu background is dark, which makes some dark icons hard to see.
I was wondering if it’s possible to define two different icons for applications:
• A light icon for dark menus
• A dark icon for the window header

This would improve visibility without needing to redesign all existing icons.

Hm. It might be possible to do this on the menus since they are controlled with CSS.

As for application icons in the window headers, that might be difficult since they are controlled with metadata.
