a few issues in the "Cosmwasm testnet deployment" tutorial

I was following https://docs.osmosis.zone/cosmwasm/testnet/cosmwasm-deployment/ and found a few problems:

1. the binary generated is not called my_first_contract.wasm, instead it's cw_tpl_osmosis.wasm
2. update code command failed

   $ RES=$(osmosisd tx wasm store artifacts/cw_tpl_osmosis.wasm --from wallet --gas-prices 0.1uosmo --gas auto --gas-

   Error: unsupported return type block; supported types: sync, async
   

3. changing it to -b block fixed it but RES is not correct set:

   in the end I decided to instantiate the contract and execute/query it on the explorer
4. the recommended explorer has limited features. instead I used https://celatone.osmosis.zone/osmo-test-5 as recommended here
