Fixed

• offset-rollback show (text format) no longer panics on long topic
  names. Each offset row was padded with usize arithmetic, so a topic name
  longer than about 50 characters (fewer with large offsets), e.g. a Kafka
  Streams changelog topic, crashed with "attempt to subtract with overflow"
  (debug) or "capacity overflow" (release). Rows too long for the box now
  run past its right border. The other rows of the box line up again, and
  groups, topics and partitions are listed in sorted order.
