Fixed

• validation evidence-list and validation evidence-get accept bare local
  paths (--path /data/evidence, --path ./evidence). They parsed --path
  as a URL and failed with "Invalid storage URL: relative URL without a
  base". They now resolve --path like every other command, so the #174
  checks apply too: memory://, a missing bucket and typos such as
  s3:/bucket fail immediately instead of listing an empty store or
  spending seconds on AWS instance metadata. --help lists the accepted
  forms. (#219)
• A unit test now checks that every --path argument documents the accepted
  forms, and clippy rejects StorageBackendConfig::from_url in the CLI
  outside storage_path, so a new command can't skip the shared resolver.
