Fixed

• A failing record transform stops subsequent topic replay and cancels sibling
  partition workers before returning the error. Repartitioned writers stop
  when a reader fails, including after rate limiting.
• Repartitioned segments are checkpointed only after all producers succeed;
  enqueueing records no longer marks unacknowledged data as restored.
