Better Switch 0.2.2

Fixes extra Brave Browser windows appearing during a cold launch while Better Switch is running.

• Treats unavailable Accessibility window information as uncertain instead of assuming there are no windows.
• Reopens an app only after launch has completed and its window list is confirmed empty, with a final visible-window check.
• Preserves minimized-window and Window-menu restoration.

Validated with three consecutive Brave cold launches and manual checks of minimized-window restoration and reopening after closing all windows.

Requires macOS 15 or later. The ZIP contains a universal Apple silicon/Intel app signed with Developer ID and notarized by Apple. Existing installations can update through Check for Updates….
