Oxlint / oxfmt are making my computer HOT 🔥 Please help

Hello, as written in #21402 I am having issues in WebStorm. I have multiple WebStorm windows open at any given time, and when i use htop and similar tools I can see that node_modules/@oxlint-tsgolint/darwin-arm64/tsgolint headless -fix -fix-suggestions are constantly jumping in and out of the top list, feels like at least once per second, and then it disappears.

This is making my computer sweat 🥵 and honestly I had to turn off the Oxc plugin in WebStorm because I can't work with the computer in my lap.

Have I misconfigured something or is there a bug? I am not changing enough files to warrant such heavy rechecking of oxlint in my opinion.
