Page goes blank while loading next page

I could be wrong but I don't remember it being like this before. I bet this is a consequence of upgrading to React Query v5, the switch from keepPreviousData to placeholderData not being done in QueryTable.

Uh... yep. Ugh. Just had to add placeholderData: (x) => x to the useApiQuery inside QueryTable. We could stand to have a loading indicator.

This bug has been in since #1705, end of July.
