Add VPC, Subnet columns to network interface table #983
Description
Currently the network interface table doesn't show VPC and Subnet columns because we only get their IDs and currently have no way to lookup IDs. This is a similar issue as oxidecomputer/omicron#1207 and isn't really possible to fix on the client until oxidecomputer/omicron#1266 is merged. Even then it'd be onerous without something like oxidecomputer/omicron#1209. That's ultimately less desirable than just having the API provide the information we need.
