Bump, like, all the deps

I was going to bump a couple of things but then I decided I was tired of the npm outdated output being so long and noisy. This is all that's left — mostly Figma export related stuff I didn't want to touch.

• Didn't bump Zod because there's a performance issue and/or a type issue in the latest versions we're waiting for resolution on
• Didn't bump Tailwind because it caused the sort order on classes to change, which affected a bunch of files and would have caused lots of conflicts
