Add box shadows to `tokens.json`

We've outlined a layering model in figma to differentiate between the elevation of UI elements. I'd like to build out specific tailwind tokens to map to those elevations. Before I can do so, I need the actual box shadow definitions of the elevations stored as tokens in `tokens.json` (e.g. updated via figma-tokens).
