New Feature: Document Constraints

External constraints from grant calls, style guides, or submission requirements are now stored per-document and guide all edits.

Changes

• "Import" → "Constraints": Renamed tab with full edit/save/clear UI
• Persistent storage: Constraints are saved with the document (like goals)
• PDF upload: Upload PDF files directly for constraint extraction
• Agent integration: Orchestrator and Intent agents now consider constraints
• Reset protection: "Reset to Base" preserves both goals and constraints

How to Use

1. Open Document Profile panel
2. Go to "Constraints" tab
3. Upload a PDF or paste text from requirements
4. Click "Extract & Save" to parse and store constraints
5. All subsequent edits will respect these constraints
