What's new

Custom threads. Bolts, nuts, rods, tubes and tapped holes are now fully customisable:

  • Standard metric (M2–M24) and inch UNC (#4-40 to 1/2"-13) sizes, or any diameter and pitch
  • Profiles: 60° V, trapezoidal, square, buttress and rounded (bottles, jars)
  • Custom thread depth, multi-start threads, left-hand threads
  • Bolt heads: hex, socket, countersunk, round, knurled (thumb screw) or none; optional plain shank; hollow bolts
  • Nuts: hex, square, round or knurled; closed-top caps
  • New presets: screw-on jar lid and matching threaded neck

Simply3D-windows-x64.zip below holds a single portable simply3d.exe for 64-bit Windows 10/11: unzip and run, nothing to install. Windows SmartScreen may warn about a new unsigned app: choose "More info → Run anyway".
