Description
Pandas version checks
-
I have checked that this issue has not already been reported.
-
I have confirmed this bug exists on the latest version of pandas.
-
I have confirmed this bug exists on the main branch of pandas.
Reproducible Example
import datetime
import pandas as pd
rng = pd.date_range(start="1/1/2000", periods=1)
ts = pd.DataFrame([1, 2], index=[None, *rng])
print(ts.between_time("23:00", "00:01"))Issue Description
I get rows where index is NaT, but I don't want them.
Expected Behavior
Should drop NaT rows. The cause is that the index is comparing times with self._get_time_micros(), which converts null values to -1, which meets the criterion of being <= _time_to_micros(to_time("23:00")) or <= _time_to_micros(to_time("00:01"))
