#ToDo's#

Create editor for .couchapprc, couchapp.json and _id files
Add nodes for View, Lists, Functions, Shows, Filters, Attachments and Evently
Create icons for the nodes
Implement error handling when trying to create already existing views, filters, ...
Add option to pull existing CouchApp while creating a new one
Implement pushing the CouchApp either to specified CouchDB instances in .couchapprc file or to manually entered URL
