how to manage multiple network scanner to paperless

Hi , as in the title we have installed paperless-ngx but we have multiple network scanner for each department.
if more than one scanner is used , in the consume folder are placed multiple pdf file but how to show only the correct pdf in the paperless gui to the correct user for later processing?
we do not want that administration document could be seen by technical department
also the document scanned at the moment are only visible for the administrator user...how to solve the problem ?

It sounds like you will want to use consumption templates. Each scanner places its files into a sub folder, which is then matched to assign a user (and many other things if wanted)

other than user will it works for group? for example we have two collegue that share the same level and maybe we need that each other see the docs processed
