Think about merging with `papis-bibtex`

I think fzf is a nice dependency but probably is not necessary, I'm tinkering with
papis bibtex for a new paper
and I think it can be done in the spirit of there, just using papis' picker and maybe just using in general
papis bibtex philosophy as a toolchain.
