It's about time to get a test suite up. I'm partial to Jasmine, but I'm open to other alternatives.

Jasmine looks fine, I'll get a few simple tests going when you merge new-syntax.

The tests are already written (in rewrite), we have to think about how to integrate the jasmine test runner in the parallel.js repository. I'd like to keep the in-repo dependencies practically non-existant, but I'm not sure how to achieve that in this case. Might just not be possible... Ideas?

I just added jasmine to the repository. It's not that big and I think the structure is good enough.
