Issue with dashboard tile loading state

Steps to reproduce:

1. Pull the latest code.
2. Point the API to demo.parseable.com (refer to the hot-reload section).
3. Go to Dashboards and select Dashboard1 from the list.
4. Rapidly switch between different relative time-range options (e.g., 10m, 1h, 5h, 3d, etc.) in the selector in a random manner and observe the tile.
5. Notice that the graph updates multiple times instead of displaying a loader until the latest network request resolves.
