Helm template bug: missing 'secrets' key in s3ModeSecret range

Description:

Enabling logstream triggers the logstream-job template, but it tries to iterate over keys in '.Values.parseable.s3ModeSecret' instead of '.Values.parseable.s3ModeSecret.secrets'.
