Document breaking change on Tesseract.serve()

Description

The function signature of Tesseract.serve() was modified to no longer include a port or host_ip parameter. See #302.

This should be documented in the breaking changes for v1.0.0.

An oversight for sure, but I see little opportunity in fixing this after the fact. Should we close this?
